Oh and the Office was so unbelievably funny. Seriously, it is for sure in the top five. And I would know, because Adam and I have spent a good portion of the last two months watching every episode of all three seasons-including the deleted scenes. My favorite part was when Ryan asked Michael if he hit Meredith with his car on company property: "Uh, yes. On company property with company property. So, we're good. Double jeopardy."

We LOVE the Office too! The "Living the Lifestyle" link is one of my friends Shauna, who gets all the Recipe's from Our Fav. work out Trainer! The recipes are really good too.
Hey have you ever done a Triathlon? You would so love it, especially if you are a runner... There is one in November in Catalina, CA. I am thinking about doing it, it just depends on who is doing it with me.
Its 1m Swim, 20m. Bike(?) and 10K run!
Keep up the Running, you have to do the Marathon now, especially since you can run 19 miles!

Hahaha...the episode was so funny. I was really excited for pam and jim. But I guess I'm just girly in that way. The 5k was funny too. Anyways, I'm super excited for the next episode too. Gives me something to look forward to in the week.
