Probably only funny to family

Shoot, I wish I had the picture of Adam at Lake Powell with a lizard biting/hanging off his nipple. This little Nicaraguan baby lizard is the best I could do.

So any of you are who not well acquainted with Adam's creepily erudite understanding of all things lizard will probably not appreciate this video; but show it to your kids because they might. I am so very, like seriously so blessed very, thankful for YouTube. It is the closest thing I get to having my child sit still. The second Adam gets home, Eli starts jumping up and down and reaching for the computer. No kiss, no "hi dad." He wants the Iguana song or the Elephant song. They are both cute but anyone who understands a little bit about Adam (which, congratulations if you do) will understand why Adam is so willing to sit down and watch YouTube...I think Adam created this song in a former life just so that he could teach his son about iguanas.

I can imagine and can hear in my head Adam singing, "I am an iguana...this is my turf." Could I get a private performance on Thanksgiving? Please?
And the animal song is darling, except Adam probably tries to skip the cat verse. If he wrote it it would be "Cats. I hate cats. They should all die..." or something catchy like that.

That is seriously the cutest little lizard on Adam's thumb.

We found a lizard in our hotel in Kauai that looked exactly like that one on Adam's finger-excpet perhaps smaller. I have no idea how Britten spotted it, perhpas he also has an affinity for lizards...though it would undoubtedly pale in comparison to Adam's.
That is so adorable about Eli loving Utube time with dad-it reminds me of his obsession with watching Guitar Hero.
Pretty much I just can't wait for you to come. No matter how many comments I leave or how long they are I just need to see you guys and TALK to you! YES for holidays!!

that lizard song was awesome! my husband served on galapagos islands so i'm going to have to show him that when he gets home from work. Ashley, I had no idea you were such a 'political junkie'. I learned almost more from you than I did from my Govt class in HS. Cute family and so glad to be able to keep in touch with your family. Say hola to Rex Buster for me:) Thanks.
